Andrew studied Management Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a highly skilled executive with over 12 years of experience. Andrew was previously a Partner at a leading blockchain advisory group, TLDR.

Senior Associate – Alex focuses on Fintech and Blockchain companies, previously as an Investment Associate at ZZ Ventures and Venture Fund-of-Funds at Top Tier Capital Partners. Alex is a keen investor and is a UChicago Economics graduate.

Head of Community at Republic – Oana mobilizes a global community pool to successfully launch tokenization projects. Shrina Kurani
Head of Tokenization at Republic – Shrina spearheads Republic's Note token. Prior to Republic, Shrina helped found three companies, was an advisor to Thiel-backed stablecoin company Reserve, and has worked with government agencies and startups around the world.
